Having been a staple of the community for the last 40 years, I've cultivated many meaningful and valuable local relationships. Counted among those relationships are local business owners. And because of my relationship with them, you can profit. When you need specific touch-ups or home improvements done so that you can ask for a higher selling price, these local vendors will get it done for you at a reduced rate. We get no referral fees or "kickbacks." We offer this for free. It could potentially save you thousands of dollars.
Because I'm the owner of a wedding events production company, I pass on the benefit of professional photography to you. What I would normally charge clients thousands of dollars for, I give to you - FREE! From my experience, this high-quality photography makes a BIG difference in attracting prospective buyers to homes we're helping to sell. We'll use these photos in brochures, pamphlets, online listings, ads, and your custom website.
Many studies have shown video to be the most powerful online conveyor of information. What does this mean for you? That we don't just "tell" prospective buyers about your home, we "show" them (and predispose them) before they even enter the front door. We offer several videos to help sell your home. First, there is the actual property video tour of your home to build up excitement. Second, we offer the neighborhood video tour to really help prospective buyers understand all the benefits of your home's specific location. And finally, we offer a town video tour that really helps the prospective buyer visualize the larger community they will be a part of. All videos (we like to call them "films"!) include professional voice-over acting by Curtis Knight, who will also act as "host" throughout.
For use in open-houses and with our other targeted marketing methods, we offer an 8 page brochure that will cover all of the key features and benefits that your wonderful home has to offer!
While print is still a viable marketing option (and we do use it), we've found that the greatest results come from targeted online advertisements. We employ many sources for our online marketing including paid advertising through Google and Facebook. Again, we pay for the ads ourselves. It is free to you.
Every seller that we represent gets their own free custom website to entrance and entrain prospective buyers. This custom website will be a hub for the detailed property description, professional photos, and professional videos (property, neighborhood, and town).
Due to our quality reputation and vast network of broker connections, Curtis Knight Real Estate is able to attract a large following to our broker tours. We cater hot, local food and beverages and hold a raffle for everyone who shows up. It's a LOT of FUN!!! But ultimately, it's for your benefit and it generates a buzz in the real estate community for your house!
The very first weekend after listing your property, Curtis Knight Real Estate holds two open houses. They are fully catered, with local hot food and beverage (including a coffee cart!), and a raffle prize to be drawn for everyone who shows up. We've learned that our busy open houses generate a buzz in the community that is hard to duplicate. The home feels popular to prospective buyers and thus more desirable. The high number of offers that are produced through our open houses makes this marketing strategy one of our favorites!
