How’s the Real Estate market doing? 11-06-25

My Opinion:  The Fed is going to meet again one more time (session) before the end of the year on 12-9 & 10, 2025…and then 3 more times beginning in 2026,  before May 15, when Powell will be replaced as Fed Chair.

Because the sitting president of the United states picks The Fed chair it’s going to be somebody who wants to hammer the interest rates down to somewhere around 2.5% to 3% > In my opinion. When that happens it’s going to bring back the buyers and all that pent up resistance to the high interest rates and this is going to explode into the marketplace sometime around April May, June, July.

6.35%, with interest rates generally in the low-to-mid 6% range.
