Service Providers We Use

To run our website and respond to inquiries, we rely on the following service providers. Each handles your data under its own privacy practices.

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — hosts our website, database, and email-sending infrastructure
• RentCast — provides the home valuation data when you request an estimate; we send them the address you submit
• Google Analytics — measures website traffic and how visitors use the site (no personally identifying information sent)
• Facebook (Meta) Pixel — measures the effectiveness of any advertising we run on Facebook or Instagram
• tawk.to — powers the live chat widget if you choose to use it
• Microsoft 365 — hosts our email; messages you send us are processed through Microsoft's email service
• Real estate transaction partners — when you list or buy with us, we share information as needed with title companies, attorneys, inspectors, and lenders to complete the transaction

Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Required cookies — basic site functionality (remembering you closed a modal, keeping you logged in to admin if you're staff)
• Analytics cookies — Google Analytics measures how visitors use the site so we can improve it

Information you submit is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections, stored in encrypted databases at AWS, and accessed only by Curtis Knight and authorized staff. We do not store credit card information; payments (where applicable) are processed by Stripe under its own security practices.

That said, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We can't guarantee absolute security and don't promise it.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep lead and contact records for as long as the relationship is active, plus a reasonable period afterward (typically 5-7 years) to support ongoing real estate questions, referrals, and tax/legal recordkeeping. Newsletter subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we have about you
• Ask us to correct or update it
• Ask us to delete it (subject to legal recordkeeping requirements)
• Opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link
• Change your cookie preferences using the footer link
